Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sri Balaji E Services
At Sri Balaji E Services, we provide professional consultancy and government-related support services. Since these services involve government portal filings, registrations, and processing fees, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
1. Cancellation

Once an application is submitted on a government portal, it cannot be cancelled.

If work has not yet started, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, and only service charges (excluding govt. fees) will be considered for refund.
2. Refunds

Refunds will be provided only if:

The payment was made twice for the same service (duplicate transaction).

Services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen technical reasons from our side.
